At Gerber Childrenswear, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns of unwashed, unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, include the packing slip, and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
